From his early years, Milind was surrounded by the love and encouragement of his parents, Shri Purushottam Kamble, an Air India officer, and Sulekha Kamble, a devoted homemaker. Growing up alongside siblings Chitra Kamble Singh and Purva Sachin Mohite, and with the guidance of influential family members like his cousin, the renowned director Avinash Madhavrao Jadhav, Milind was steeped in a world of mimicry, creativity, and the art of bringing characters to life.

His educational journey began at St. Mary’s Multipurpose High School in Vashi, which ignited his inquisitive spirit. Further honing his skills at the Fr. Agnel Polytechnic. Milind explored industrial electronics but found his true passion in the world of computer hardware, software, motion camera work, and film editing.

The film industry, known for its fierce competition and complex dynamics, posed significant challenges for Milind. Yet, with the mentorship of Avinash M. Jadhav and the support of industry veterans like Milind Kishor Ukey and Rajesh Mayekar, he mastered the art of production, script breakdowns, shot division, and direction, carving a niche for himself in the cinematic world.

Today, Milind SP is celebrated as a polymath in Indian cinema—a Film Director, Editor, DI-Colorist, and voice artist whose work transcends traditional filmmaking boundaries. His meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to visual storytelling have earned him widespread acclaim. Milind’s versatility shines through in projects such as Bhook: The Hunger (2014), Tezaab: The Burning Wound (2015), and his DI-Colorist work in the Marathi movie Zala Bobhata.

In addition to his technical prowess, Milind’s talents as an actor and writer infuse his projects with creativity and depth. His directorial skill was particularly evident in the short film Bhook: The Hunger, which received widespread admiration for its emotional resonance and expert execution.

An entrepreneur by nature, Milind founded his own production house, FGM Film Production & Management, demonstrating his visionary spirit and commitment to quality filmmaking.
