Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], September 16: This week, Ultra Play – India’s only Hindi-exclusive OTT platform – is having a hard-hitting September with the World Digital Premieres of Ultra Play Original movie Khalnigranaaya and crime thriller original series, IPC: The Ratnagiri Files.

Starring Dayanand Shetty, popularly known as Daya from his work in the CID TV Series, Khalnigranaaya is a gripping crime thriller that delves into the dark corners of the human psyche. Directed by Sumesh N. Pillai, a story of a committed ACP who faces his toughest challenge as his newly born child is kidnapped by anonymous culprits. Racing against them, he strives to reclaim his baby safely. Premiering on 19th September, the movie is sure to keep the audience on the edge of their seats with the thrill-a-minute story.

The film also stars Neetha Shetty, Palak Singh, and Ashutosh Pandey. Their intense performances bring the story’s pain, rage, and resilience to life.

On the other side, IPC: The Ratnagiri Files is now playing on Ultra Play OTT, which stars acclaimed Marathi actor Kishor Kadam. The gripping crime thriller dives deep into the dark corners of rural crime and societal apathy.

Directed by Rajesh Chavan, IPC: The Ratnagiri Files unravels with the brutal assault of a 20-year-old girl during Shimgotsav in a remote Konkan village. The incident triggers a chain of shocking events that expose the disturbing underbelly of rural communities, systemic neglect, and the horrifying truths that many prefer to ignore.

Kishor Kadam leads a stellar ensemble cast featuring Devika Daftardar, Abheney Saawant, Rajendra Shisatkar, and Suresh Vishwakarma, whose intense performances bring the story’s pain, rage, and resilience to life.
